How we analyse our customers

Every photographer or filmmaker knows it — you run from one job to the next, or take on every assignment you can get. In doing so, you lose sight of your vision and goals. So that we don't do that, we analyse our customers after every year. Starting this year, even on a quarterly basis. Is everything going as we imagine? Do we make the turnover we want or much more important, do we do projects that fulfill us and that bring us closer to our dream customers? Numbers are usually clearer than any feeling. With the evaluated figures, we can see whether our sales strategy is heading in the right direction, how the sales channels are distributed, how our order volume is developing and many other important insights that give us guidelines for our further action. We don't go deep into detail, but we want to start talking about how we do it and with this episode we want to motivate ourselves to do it right away in order to get more out of ourselves.
