086 Chehad Abdallah - Director & Graphic Designer

In this episode, we welcome Chehad Abdallah, Director & Graphic Designer from Berlin. Che began his career as a graphic designer. Through his affinity and connections to rap and EasyDoesIt, he developed into one of Germany's best-known music video directors — for artists such as Haftbefehl, Marteria and Shirin David, among others.

Also award-winning advertising films for Audi, BMW (https://vimeo.com/767860167) and Adidas has Chehad on the role in addition to his job as 2nd Unit Director for “Skylines” and “4 Blocks.” Che is particularly known for his experimental ideas, such as in the music video for “who” by Modeselektor (https://vimeo.com/318958385).

In this episode, we talk about his career, which began with a Music video for FAUL X WAD In South Africa, his approach in the creative discovery phase, his impressions of the series world and why there is actually a song about him on Spotify.
